Sienna Villacreses, M. S., MFT [LIC 129040]

Sienna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her MS in Counseling with specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge.  She provides online sessions only. 

Sienna has experience working with young children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of settings.  She specializes in treating depression, post -traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, social phobia, ADHD, and autism.

Sienna utilizes mindfulness and grounding to assist her clients in building emotional regulation skills and becoming connected to the world before diving further into the therapy journey.   Evidenced based practices such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Seeking Safety (SS), Managing and Adaptive Practices (MAP) and Alternatives for Family: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (AFCBT) are at the core of Sienna’s therapeutic approach. These evidence-based practices provide a trauma informed, culturally sensitive foundation for Sienna to support her client’s journey to find their voice again.
