Art Therapy Supervision

Why art therapy supervision?

In graduate school, there is a lot of support and dialogue to feed the commitment to building the important skills we need as art therapists.  After graduation, that suddenly falls away.  The new focus becomes finding a job where you can continue your work as an art therapist.  Often, the positions Art Therapists fill are not specifically positions for Art Therapists.  Instead they are for Marriage and Family Therapists, so that same support for the art is not there.

Art Therapy Supervision, offered by Lily Braverman, M.A., MFTi, ATR, can provide support to continue honing your skills as an art therapist and work toward your ATR (registration as an Art Therapist).

Rates:

Individual Art Therapy Supervision:

$90 per 50 minute supervision session

Group Art Therapy Supervision

Group of 2:  $60 per 90 minute supervision session

*If one group member cannot make it, then supervision will be shorted to 60 minutes.  If cancellation is less than 24 hours prior to supervision, that group member will be responsible for their portion of the fee for supervision.

Group of 3: $50 per 90 minute supervision session

*If one group member cannot make it, then supervision will be cancelled.  The cancellation needs to occur 24 hours in advance in order to respect the time of all group members.  Otherwise, with less than 24 hours notice, supervision will continue as planned.  The group member who cancels will be responsible for their portion of the fee for supervision.

We understand location can be a prohibitive factor.  For your convenience, we offer the option to do online video conferencing for supervision.

Please contact us using our contact form and let us know if you are looking for individual art therapy supervision or a group.  We have a running list and will form a group as soon as there are enough members.
